Event Terms & Conditions

(Applicable to all CHIRAL SPORTS events unless otherwise stated)

By attending any CHIRAL SPORTS event — including those held in collaboration with partners — you agree to our Event Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to media consent, liability waiver, safety policies, and merchandise terms.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use.
By registering, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data for event-related communication and participant management, in accordance with GDPR and applicable Swiss data protection laws.

By registering for and attending any CHIRAL SPORTS event, you consent to CHIRAL SPORTS capturing and using your image, voice, or likeness in photos and videos taken during the event. These materials may be used across all media platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, and promotional content. If you do not wish to appear, please inform a staff member on-site.
2. Liability Waiver
Participation in CHIRAL SPORTS events is voluntary and involves physical activity. By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating safely. You understand and accept that there is a risk of injury, and you release CHIRAL SPORTS, its staff, and partners from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of your participation.
3. Health Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in suitable health to engage in physical activity. If you have any concerns about your condition, please consult a medical professional before participating. CHIRAL SPORTS is not responsible for any health-related issues that arise during or after your involvement in any event.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety instructions from CHIRAL SPORTS staff. Unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or non-compliant behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without prior warning.
CHIRAL SPORTS reserves the right to deny participation, restrict access, or remove any individual from the event at its sole discretion, if their behavior or presence is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of the event, with or without explanation.5. Age Notice
Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to attend. Energy drinks and certain physical activities may not be suitable for minors. Please consume responsibly and ensure any underage participants are supervised where appropriate.
CHIRAL SPORTS does not actively verify age or consent and is not liable if a participant provides false or misleading information regarding their age or permission status. Attendance is at the responsibility of the participant and their legal guardian.6. Event Changes and Cancellations
CHIRAL SPORTS reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel any event, whether outdoor or indoor, at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, changes due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational needs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any updates or changes will be communicated in a timely manner via email and/or our official social media channels.7. Merchandise Sales
CHIRAL SPORTS may offer merchandise (such as apparel or training accessories) for purchase at events or through our online store.
All sales are final — refunds are not available unless required by law or in the case of damaged or incorrect products, including damage incurred during delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at legal@chiralsports.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
However, exchanges may be granted within 14 days of purchase for eligible items. To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition and packaging.
- The customer must cover return shipping costs, including international shipping where applicable.
- CHIRAL SPORTS is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments — we recommend using a tracked service.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by CHIRAL SPORTS.
To request an exchange, please email legal@chiralsports.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will perform a quality inspection. The exchange will only be approved if the item meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the item does not qualify for exchange, it will be returned automatically.
We are committed to ensuring a high-quality customer experience and will do our best to resolve any product concerns fairly.
All on-site transactions are processed securely.No payment data is stored by CHIRAL SPORTS.8. Sponsors & Partner Involvement
Some CHIRAL SPORTS events may include participation from sponsors or third-party partners (e.g., food or beverage providers, gear brands etc.). CHIRAL SPORTS is not responsible for the products, conduct, or services of these partners. Any concerns should be directed to the respective third party.
9. Food & Beverage Disclaimer
Snacks/Food and beverages may be provided at CHIRAL SPORTS events. Participants are responsible for checking ingredients and allergens before consuming any product. CHIRAL SPORTS is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health issues related to any food or drink consumed at the event.
10. Competitions (Challenges) & Prizes
CHIRAL SPORTS may host contests or physical challenges at events. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Prizes may include gear, gift cards, vouchers, or cash, and are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
CHIRAL SPORTS reserves the right to define rules, eligibility, and winner selection. By entering, participants accept the outcome and release CHIRAL SPORTS from any liability regarding the awarding or use of prizes.11. Use of Provided Equipment
Participants may have access to CHIRAL SPORTS equipment during sessions, including but not limited to resistance bands, liquid chalk, mats, or bars. Use of this equipment is voluntary and at your own risk.
CHIRAL SPORTS is not liable for injuries, strains, or damages resulting from:
-Improper or unsupervised use
-Shared or communal use
-Failure to follow staff instructions
-Or equipment failure, even when used properly
Participants are expected to use all gear responsibly and hygienically. Any damage to CHIRAL SPORTS property caused by misuse, negligence, or reckless behavior may result in exclusion from the event and may incur financial charges to cover repair or replacement costs.12. Freebies & Complimentary Items
CHIRAL SPORTS may offer free items or samples at events, including but not limited to (energy) drinks, towels, water bottles, apparel, or training accessories. These items are provided free of charge, as-is, and while supplies last.
CHIRAL SPORTS does not guarantee availability, sizing, or condition of complimentary items and is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction related to such products. By accepting any free item, participants agree to use it at their own risk.13. Music & Event Environment
CHIRAL SPORTS events may feature loud music or amplified sound. By attending, you acknowledge that music and a high-energy environment are part of the event. If you are sensitive to loud environments, please take appropriate precautions. CHIRAL SPORTS is not responsible for any discomfort caused by music or sound exposure.
14. Access, Venue Use & Third-Party Property
CHIRAL SPORTS events may take place in public or third-party spaces (e.g. outdoor gyms, university rooftops, or communal training parks). While we aim to coordinate all sessions professionally, access to these spaces is not guaranteed, and may be restricted by external parties at any time.
By attending, you understand that:
- Events may be interrupted, relocated, or shut down by third-party authorities, including property managers or public officials.
-CHIRAL SPORTS is not liable for lost travel costs, schedule changes, or restricted access due to such interruptions.
- In such cases, CHIRAL SPORTS will not issue compensation, but may offer alternative arrangements at its discretion.15. Data Protection & Privacy
CHIRAL SPORTS collects and processes personal data (such as name, email address, and registration details) solely for the purpose of event communication, organization, and participant management. By registering or attending, you consent to this processing under applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss FADP and GDPR (EU/EEA).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel. You may contact us at legal@chiralsports.com any time to request data access, correction, or deletion.15. Contact
